This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Vijnara subscriptions and one-time fees are billed, cancelled and refunded. It applies to paid plans purchased from vijnara.com and should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
1. Overview
This policy sets out the terms for cancelling a Vijnara subscription and the circumstances in which fees are refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy together with your order form and our Terms of Use. All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise.
2. Subscription & billing
Vijnara is offered on a subscription basis. Unless your order form states otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance — monthly or annually — and your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
3. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time by emailing billing@vijnara.com (or through your account, where available). Cancellation stops future renewals: your plan stays active until the end of the current paid cycle, after which it will not renew and no further charges are made. There is no lock-in and no cancellation penalty. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
4. Refunds on subscription fees
Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods or for time remaining after you cancel. We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund in good faith — for example where a confirmed technical fault prevented use of the service for a significant period, or where you were charged despite a timely cancellation. Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase, where the service has not been materially used, may be refunded on request.
5. Implementation & setup fees
One-time implementation, onboarding and knowledge-setup fees cover scheduled work and resourcing. If you cancel before that work has begun, the fee is fully refundable. Once implementation work has started, the fee is non-refundable, as it reflects time and effort already committed. Any specific terms in your order form take precedence over this section.
6. Failed, duplicate or incorrect charges
If you are charged in error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we will investigate. Any verified incorrect amount is refunded in full.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@vijnara.com from the address linked to your account, with your company name and the invoice or payment reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to active subscribers. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that transaction.
