Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vijnara is a cloud service delivered electronically - here is how and when you get access after signing up. No physical goods are shipped.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Vijnara delivers its service to customers. Vijnara is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product provided over the internet, and should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Overview

Vijnara provides an enterprise AI knowledge assistant delivered entirely as an online service. This policy describes how and when the service is made available to you after purchase. As our product is digital, the usual concepts of physical shipping and courier delivery do not apply.

2. Digital delivery - no physical shipment

No physical goods are shipped. There is no courier, tracking number, packaging or delivery address involved. “Delivery” for Vijnara means provisioning your account and giving you access to the service online at app.vijnara.com.

3. Delivery timelines

On successful payment and completion of onboarding, your Vijnara workspace and user accounts are provisioned. Access to the core application is generally available immediately after payment. We then connect your systems and show live answers from your own data - typically within 48 hours of sign-up - as part of the one-time implementation and knowledge setup.

4. Accessing the service

The service is accessed online at app.vijnara.com using the login credentials created during sign-up. You can invite and manage additional users from within your workspace, subject to the seat limit of your plan.

5. Delivery confirmation

Once payment is successful and your workspace is active, you receive a confirmation email at the address on your account with details on how to log in and begin onboarding. This email serves as confirmation of delivery of the service.

6. Delivery or access issues

If you do not receive access or your confirmation email within the expected time, please first check your spam folder, then contact us at support@vijnara.com. We will investigate and restore access promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
